These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seroa app and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least the App’s 17+ rating minimum) to use Seroa. The App is intended for adults.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the App in compliance with applicable laws.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: uploading content you do not have the right to share; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempting to access another user’s data without consent; or interfering with the security or operation of the service.

User content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (such as your avatar and notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the App for you and your partner.

Health disclaimer

Seroa provides general wellness information for couples. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Cycle and fertility predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Seroa is not a contraceptive and must not be relied upon to prevent pregnancy. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concern.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
